I can’t praise Anchor enough. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking and committed. Communication with customers, by both the technicians and the company itself, is really superb. I live in a remote sea island area, where it’s hard to get quality repair companies to service my HVAC system, and Anchor is willing to drive the hour plus it takes to reach me. Not only that, they text you a real-time map to follow the technician’s travel progress, along with photo of the technician and a brief personal bio. It’s not just helpful in terms of managing your own time, it demonstrates commitment to the job when you see the long path they are driving to service you. This is a great company and it’s a credit to the owners that they have built such a great team. (I know my gushing sounds like I’m a relative doing a fake review–I’m not.
