12/11/25 update — still love Anchor. Jordan our tech is great! Very honest and trustworthy. I love the tracker so we know when they’re arriving!

I had originally asked Anchor to come in and give me a quote for new air ducts. The day he arrived he noticed that my drip pan was full and about to shut off. I had just had this serviced by another company so it was extremely frustrating but David took care of it for me right away. I received a quote from them for my air ducts and also had him run me a quote for a new water heater. Both came quick and in at a reasonable price. I decided to go with Anchor because of how thorough David was and that he fixed my HVAC when he was only originally there for an air duct quote. They worked extremely quick and replaced my ducts and water heater in just a few hours. I also signed on for their maintenance plan which I am sure will be well worth it. On another note, my parents HVAC went out on James Island and they needed an entire new unit. David found time to go out on the hottest week of the year and get them replaced with a new unit. Thanks to the Anchor team for helping my whole family out this week. It is VERY appreciated!!

Very thankful Doug was able to get on schedule and stop by to diagnose system. After some carefully attempted tests, it was eventually found the MERV value of the filter being so high it’s causing safety measures to shut off heat from getting too hot. It should also be noted my units are almost 20 years old and are not operating even close to efficiency, but at least was able to get our unit back on as I went to a filter with a lower MERV value to buy us some time.
