We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC installation and a proven track record in managing installation teams. The HVAC Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of installation work to ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain installation processes, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory, tools, and equipment needed for installation projects. Ensure all resources are used efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including work orders, job progress, and any issues encountered.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality of installation services.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
- Certifications: EPA Certification, HVAC Certification, and a valid driver’s license.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
