We Mean Business Announces 2025 Speaker Lineup for New Home Services Conference
We Mean Business has announced the full speaker lineup for its inaugural conference, happening November 9-11, 2025 at the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
Hosted by Stephanie and David Postell of Anchor Heating & Air, We Mean Business is a three-day event built for married couples who own and operate home service companies. Its focus is on strengthening both the business and the partnership behind it, with sessions on communication, hiring, branding, and long-term planning. Attendees can expect a high-impact experience all led by those who’ve done it themselves.
The 2025 speaker lineup brings together some of the most respected, and relatable, names in the industry, including:
- Crystal Williams, Lemonseed Marketing
- Trey McWilliams, Blue Cardinal Home Services Group
- Kristen & Justin Deese, Virtual CFO For the Trades and Freedom Blueprint Podcast
- Kim & Kenny Byrne, Call The Whale Plumbing, Heating & Air
- Alyssa & Joey Rogers, Rogers Heating & Cooling
- Cassi & Levi Torres, High 5 Plumbing
“We Mean Business 2025 is more than just a conference – it’s a movement,” said Stephanie Postell. “This event brings together married and related business partners in the trades and home service industries to learn, grow, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our goal is to create a space where couples can build stronger businesses without sacrificing their relationships, and stronger relationships without sacrificing their businesses.”
The event is presented in partnership with Rival Digital, a leading marketing agency for home service businesses.
“This isn’t your average trade conference,” said Eric Thomas, president of Rival Digital. “We Mean Business is where trades couples lock arms and get intentional about building something that actually works for the business and the marriage. We’re bringing real talk, real tools, and real growth.”
Held on the South Carolina coast, We Mean Business offers a rare chance to step back from day-to-day operations and refocus on what matters. The programming is designed to create conversations that last beyond the weekend, with tools owners can apply immediately and connections they’ll take home with them.
Tickets are on sale now and space is limited. Registration is $1,799 per couple. To view the agenda, speaker details, or inquire about sponsorship opportunities, please visit www.wemeanbusinesschs.com.
