There is always something to do in Charleston, especially when the weather warms up this spring! When our expert technicians and office staff aren’t performing AC maintenance at your home in Charleston this season, the following places are where you can find us!
Cooper River Bridge Run
Many of the Anchor Heating and Air technicians participate in the Cooper River Bridge Run each year! The Cooper River Bridge Run is a 10K race in Charleston running across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge on the first Saturday each April. The race draws in many locals and tourists and fundraises for various charity organizations, such as the Alzheimer’s Association and MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. The Cooper River Bridge Run promotes a healthy lifestyle and has a tremendous impact on the Charleston community, because the hospitality and tourism industry and other local businesses generate $33 million dollars in one weekend. We encourage our neighbors in the Charleston area to participate in this 10K race and support the local community and charity organizations!
Riverfront Revival
If you love country music festivals, you have to check out Riverfront Revival! Riverfront Revival is a two day experience showcasing over 15 country music artists. The festival is typically held in October at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Tickets are required for entry and the festival welcomes all ages in on the dancing and singing along fun! Flowertown Festival
Just outside of Charleston in Summerville, SC is one of our favorite annual events: The Flowertown Festival! The Flowertown Festival is a fundraising event to support the health and wellness programs at the YMCA. The festival showcases Summerville’s natural hot pink azaleas, purple wisteria, and delicate white dogwood.
